I had a very frustrating experience at IGA Alexandria. The customer service was extremely poor, staff are unhelpful and seemed unwilling to assist with even simple questions. The staff barely understand basic English, which made it very difficult to get any help or clear answers. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, it felt like I was being brushed off, and I wasn’t given honest or helpful responses. Overall, a disappointing experience and not the level of service you’d expect from a local Australian shop in AUSTRALIA.

Delivery was shocking. Didnt make it to my door IGA were no help and the 2nd languagespeaker was condescending. DONTSHOP THERE
Came here this morning was greeted at the cash register by possibly the nicest bloke when I went to pay for my drink and my card declined he said don’t worry fix me up tomorrow. I don’t know this man I couldn’t believe people like this still exist. I’ve been going though a bit of a rough patch and after paying (yes I paid) I walked the whole way to work with a smile for the first time in a long time. Who ever you are mate just know that small gesture of kindness is what the world needs.
