I've been a repeat customer at IGA Robson Street for over ten years. Sadly, the customer service is terrible. The cycle of employees coming and leaving is too frequent. The staff can be quite rude. Today, we noticed the submarine sandwiches had changed. They used to be amazing with a small amount of mustard added. Now, for some reason, the'yre adding butter and way too much of it as well as mayonaise. I asked the deli staff to make them the old way.
