The elderly grey haired lady cashier is extremely rude and dismissive. She says "cashorcredit" , then just throws your receipt at you. It was a hard time getting her to put away her phone and let me pay for my groceries. Feel very uncomfortable here.
SCANNER PRICE ACCURACY CODE VIOLATORS We tried to purchase at item labeled at 6.99. It was scanned at a price of 8.99. We expressed our concern, and an employee then took 5-7 minutes to run a price check. This employee confirmed to us verbally that the wrong price has been placed on the item. We then pointed to the Scanner Price Accuracy Price Code printed and affixed to the register. We showed them that the Code states we should receive the item for free. Very fresh produce. Clean store. Flowers are fresh too
Overpriced and mid to low quality items. Purchased deli olives that had expired 5 months ago. The deli parmesan cheese tasted like rubber. But the principal issue is that they arbitrarily won't price match, despite IGA's "Unbeatable Price Guarantee."
