Wish to give ZERO stars. This place should be out of business. Every negative review is true and what I saw and heard while other tech was treating the other client poorly. This place is filthy and the service is worse !!!!!!! Could tell nail tech didn’t want to service, very poor attention to her job. Looking around while filing and hurt me a few times. Horrible customer service even over the phone, the girl who works on February 12th at 12:30PM is ridiculous. Will be complaining to the owner and management.

I suggest owners go for some classes on customer service. There are few weekend classes available in surrey.

The person who did my nails had a very bad attitude and wouldn’t listen to any of requests of the client(me). I wanted her to redo my nail extensions but she gave me an attitude and told me that she knows “how to do her job” and also continued to file my nail until I bled. Very bad attitude and service. I would give 0 if I could.
