Had a nail in my tire. Jeep seriviced my tire right away and did (as requested by me) a full service and identified a few needed repairs. They sent a video that explained it all to me, with a super easy way to say yes on line and proceed. Dora was wonderful to work with. She returned calls promptly, kept me updated on service, and even walked me out to my jeep twice to ensure that I was satisfied with all repairs. Highly recommended and will be a loyal customer as a result. A+
Early Wednesday afternoon, our Jeep Wagoneer threw an engine warning light and we took it straight to the dealer. Lou was very helpful to get us scheduled for service the next morning. Jeff gave us a complimentary ride back to our lodging. The service team found the problem (engine needed a computer update) and they did a complete inspection of the car. Work was finished 24 hours after we dropped it off. Friendly and efficient service!!
