I needed a pink slip done urgently and my normal mechanic couldn’t fit me in for a week that takes 10 minutes to do the job. I called I.G and 45 minutes later I had my pink slip and was on the way home. The staff are super friendly and the office area is definitely something to behold, they have put a lot of effort into the decor and it looks excellent. Would highly recommend these guys.
These guys are the best: hard-working, honest and they keep costs down. I don’t feel like my ignorance is going to lead to being ripped off! In fact, last year I stopped by in a flap regarding a broken piece of the car (also flapping) underneath. The fellow in the workshop immediately took a look and performed some magic to secure it. Genial, friendly and good-value auto repair garage. Very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Local family business, highly skilled staff, long history serving Blaxland and the lower Blue Mountains. Very clear recommendations and flexible in providing the vehicle service needed. Interesting office. Can't be faulted!
Booked 2009 Camry in for front L& R wheel bearing replacement and trans fluid replacement. Job carried out on time and at a very reasonable cost and done well. My first time having repairs done here after disappointment with other mechanics. I’ve got to say my first impressions are really good and I will be back for sure. Took our car for a second opinion after getting quoted an absurd amount of work at a dealer service. These guys were awesome, took the time to look at everything and saved us a fortune. Really appreciated how honest they were and were definitely not out to just make money for the sake of it (unlike the dealer!). Thanks so much!
