I absolutely love this studio! The wide variety of classes for all levels; the incredible, knowledgeable and professional teachers and staff; plus the added benefit of infrared heaters make IFY the perfect place to find what you are looking for and more! Give it a try! You’ll be so happy you did!

Fantastic staff, instructor Emy was tough but cautious of individual limitations. Emy ensured my pose was correct so I felt it big time next day and was able to do some moves due to doing correctly. Grateful for this experience would totally join club if I lived close enough. Newly open so working out some kinks but even under those circumstances i enjoyed it. Thank you Cindy for making it possible.

I’ve had a great experience with the instructors and classes I’ve attended so far. As a yoga novice I found Emmie to be a tough but excellent teacher, and she paid close attention to ensure I was doing the poses correctly. After a few classes I’m already noticing a big difference. In the functional mobility lab, Briana is a motivating and upbeat instructor. I look forward to progressing to her tougher classes. Provides an effective workout experience in the heat! The trainers are positive, encouraging and always checking that you have the right form. The heat allows the muscles to relax and creates a unique workout environment. Highly recommend trying IFY!
