I would not recommend this office. I would not even provide one star. I made an appointment with this office as a second opinion for hormonal imbalance. I knew there was something wrong with my health due to the symptoms I was experiencing for over a year. The physician I saw recommended relaxation practices like yoga and supplements. I went in for an annual, I waited an hour to even get called back. The lady working the front desk caught an attitude when I told her its ridiculous. Had the nerve to say with an attitude "you can reschedule" after I had already waited 45min 😂 Do not give these people your money. They have a full waiting room because they OVERBOOK. This office is hurding people like cattle in and out. BUT HEY they get your money and don't really care about anything else.

I love Doctor Carroll. But her staff is the worst. I have been seeing her for 5 years and just for my annual. But every year something terrible happens because of the staff. One year they never called to tell me my lab was abnormal. I found out because the lab billed me for the additional testing. When I called the office to speak to the manager I was left on hold for 30 minutes for them to say she would call me back. She never did. I was scared going in, was my first time at the gynecologist but the staff and the doctor were very supportive and made me feel safe. I’d recommend this place to anybody.

I wish they had no stars! They DO NOT deserve a one star! This clinic is very un organized. I am 6 months pregnant, came in for my appointment and as soon as I signed in the front desk Brenda told me that my doctor had called in sick. Which I understand do not get me wrong, I told Brenda why they didn’t give me a call to notify me she didn’t know what to say! Then with an attitude she stated another doctor could see me.
