Their service was great! I emailed them Sunday afternoon. They had my couch delivered Monday, Memorial Day, around noon. Everything went smoothly, they were careful with my belongings. Thanks! Would use again!
I submitted a request via the iFurniture website and a copy of my IKEA cart with a delivery date of Saturday 5/1. iFurniture confirmed the order would be delivered on 5/1 between 12-4pm. There were no other confirmations and despite my requests for someone to call me, no one did. At 3pm on 5/1, still awaiting delivery, I called to confirm status. Voice mail for Kevin. Twice. Call them before ordering. Nothing is ever in stock and they won't notify you.
