So I've used IFTA plus for around seven years. It has always been an easy to use platform, and it made doing my IFTA a breeze. Recently, they updated the platform and I had major account issues. I couldn't interact with anything without getting an error message. Making a phone call to the help line sent me to an answering machine (since it was a weekend) and I thought I was out of luck. I reached out to them regarding the changes and charges. They immediately responded with a phone call. He explained everything in a very knowledgeable and professional manner solved all my issues. I'm very happy with them and their service. I highly recommend using IFTA Plus.
There have been some issues, but Danny gets 5 stars for being extremely helpful throughout the process. Once all the bugs get fixed, I'm sure this is going to be a great asset to us.
