I have completely turned my health trajectory around since joining IFS. No lines, no selfie bloggers, and impeccably clean. Has everything you need and more. Easily the best gym experience I have ever had. I can’t go back to the big places anymore.
IFS 24 is a great gym. I stopped in at their Main location which is IFS Premier and started with personal training, Robert the owner was cordial respectful and prompt with setting me up with a trainer. After a few private sessions i was ready to get back to it myself. Granted it had been over 10 years since i stepped into the gym they made me feel comfortable and like family.
