Great customer service. They were happy to help me when my father wrecked his car.
Will post later with video and photos. While vehicle was in their lot I wasn't allowed access to it to get long pants, Carhartt jacket, socks and boots. I have been staying in a porta potty for five days now because I need to stay out of rain and wind. I am wearing only shorts, tee-shirt, flip flops. They have shown an interest in stealing my vehicle and have been reluctant to my interests in recovery. I would definitely not recommend this business to provide services to anyone. One of the best towing experiences I've had to go through 😅 very responsive on a snowy day, very reasonable price and kind staff. Guy who towed us was named Mason and he was very helpful. Hopefully I don't need this service too often, but if I do I'll give them a call again
