Don't go with these people for any reason. They hire bad contractors who ruin your entire attic and do a bad job then dodge your phonecalls for months. They left old insulation up, removed the vapor barrier which is against state code, and spray foam into vents and fans.
We hired iFoam to remove and replace the attic insulation in our 1950s ranch home with old cellulose and batt insulation (so old and degraded!). The crew was thorough beyond what I expected. They completely removed all existing material, sanitized the attic, air sealed every penetration, installed baffling, and blew in a nice, deep layer of new fiberglass that meets the needs for our area. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but IFOAM totally delivered. They came in, pulled out all the old insulation, sealed everything up, sanitized, and put in all new insulation — and the price was really reasonable for everything they did. The whole process was way easier than I thought it would be. Super happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend them!
Very reasonable price, fast, no hassle, and very professional! Will definitely use them again for future insulation projects!
