We hired IFOAM to remove and replace the insulation in our attic. They did not do everything included in the original quote and assured us that they would come back to finish it up (about 30 minutes more work). Based on their word we paid them in full. Big mistake! They came out and finished up what they said they would, but knocked a very large hole (approximately 4' x 4') in our ceiling.
