I researched insulation companies and found iFoam via Thumbtack. They were kind and quick to book a consultation. They were busy, so they couldn't meet with me until a month later. I took that as a good sign. Fast forward to this morning, I'm sitting here with a no-show. It seems their call center doesn't communicate with their back office. What's more baffling is that their call center doesn't seem to have a direct number to whoever is running iFoam. Yikes!
