Some of the staff have positive attitudes, But some of the security guards talk very disrespectful. One time I heard a security guard tell 2 clients who were arguing with each other to shut up, and I thought that was very unprofessional and disrespectful. The manager Elliot don’t care because he does not address these type of issues, a lot of clients laundry don’t be returning after staff have washed them, and staff are the only ones touching the Laundry so it’s obvious they are the one stealing the laundry.
