Above and beyond expectation Simply Fantastic. They made an effort to make me feel comfortable with leaving my car and took over all the insurance work. All I had to do was get into my rental and then come back for my car- piece of cake! The staff was excellent as they were there for any questions or concerns I had during the process. I appreciated their time, honesty, and patience. My car looks great and is back to pre accident condition.
Mixed feelings about IFM The first time we used IFM they repaired my husband's car after he was in an accident. The car looked good but they messed up the electrical system and they said that it wasn't their fault, that it was already like that, which was not the case. They turned it into a huge hassle and instead we had it fixed and paid for it. I wish we would have made them fix it. But then recently they did more work on another car and there were no problems. Excellent Service I have gotten my car repaired by IFM twice this year. Both times I was rearended by another vehicle and used them through Geico Express. The staff is very courteous and easy to work with. This last time, the car was repaired the same day I dropped it off. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend this shop.

Recommended by our insurance company. Repair to rear door and bumper took over a week (too long?) but the work was well done. We paid for part of the repairs and it was, in our judgement, fairly priced.
