iFlooded Restoration was incredible. My neighbor had a huge fire, and even though my home wasn’t burned, the smoke and odor traveled to my side. iFlooded came right away and got to work cleaning and deodorizing everything in my apt. including my personal belongings. I can’t thank Iflooded Restoration enough for being there after a fire in my apartment. It was one of the most stressful times of our lives and they handled everything with such care and professionalism. My situation was complicated, dealing with a co‑op board, property management, and two different insurance carriers. They handled it all perfectly. First. I am thankful for GOD! GOD is faithful and has blessed my family and I by protecting us , keeping us safe and providing us with the much needed help from the company named iFLOODED RESTORATION Fire Damage and I really and truly appreciate their workers, support and service! On Thursday, November 6th, 2025 the next door neighbor had a fire in their home. If you are seeking a service from this company, you are likely going through a very tough time. Which is why it was so incredible to have such a supportive team throughout the process. Alex, my project manager, was very attentive and led a great team. I was especially grateful as I felt the team represented me well as they communicated with my insurance. I’m very thankful for their services! Would definitely come back to iFlooded Restoration (though I hope I won’t have to!)
