Terrible customer service and marginal repair skills. I sent in my MacBookPro 17" for some repairs to the mainboard and cooling. It took them 5 Months to fix the issues and send it back to me, when I got it back the case was badly damaged (this did not happen in shipping too or from the repair center) Both front corners were smashed/dented, the areas around monitor and usb ports were bent, the top was scratched, there's metal piece sticking out between the case and keypad. Do not go here, I had an iphone x lcd replaced the screen protector repaired and replaced on 10.31.30. The repair was 180 and part 40, i asked for a screen protector with good warranty so they say which is also 40 dollars. I asked and the guy at the Northlake location, kinda pale and young looking, said okay and never explained the part price, he said that he was giving me a discount so the whole lcd fix would be 180 and i asked for screen protector since he "said" thats what he was going to do. It has been a month now that i have been waiting for Ipod battery replacement, Emails go unanswered, Every time I call I am told they are waiting on a part. I assume the part is coming from another planet because that's the only reason it could possibly be delayed this long. It's like I pad them to steal the Ipod,

I took my IPad in for a screen replacement. They marred the surface of the LCD screen and broke the home button ribbon. They will fix the home button but not the LCD screen. It will take them upwards of two weeks to get the home button in to do the repair. I opted for a refund. That will take upwards of four weeks. I called the corporate office. Brought iPhone7 needing a screen fix. Came back 30 minutes later to phone completely not working. They said it was a coincidence that the phone malfunctioned the same time they were fixing it. They Did not return the 120 we paid. Brought it over to apple afterwords to be told they messed up the motherboard of the phone, and now needing to buy a new one. I had two water damaged macbook airs. One had been sitting for a few years but I thought I would mail them in just to see what they could do. Great communication, Yes there is a fee just to troubleshoot but in the end I was very happy with the price and the service. Just a fantastic company. I will def use them again.

Would not recommend this company. Scammers, total bait & switch outfit. Very poor, rude customer service and deceptive business practices. Sent my JAMBOX speakers in for free diagnostic repair services with advertised free shipping both ways. I later learned that two-way Free shipping is only in effect if you pay for their overpriced, shoddy services. If you decline service, they hold your equipment hostage and demand shipping fees to return your property. Would not recommend or ever do business with them again.
