owner of the shop is cool and on time but i booked with another employee and he didn’t show up after i drove 30 mins i then booked another appointment for the next week and again didnt show up AND still charged my card took my money and blocked my number….what the hell
Beautiful place. I love the atmosphere very family friendly. My new barber Philly was amazing listened to me was understanding! Most importantly made me feel comfortable. I’ve been searching for a barber for years very happy to say I will be back! I have never laughed at the barbershop I felt like I got to experience something new today. So thank you Philly.
Made an appointment with Mark Jones through TheCut app. Had to pay in advance... $50 for a haircut! Appointment time was 2pm. Messaged him through the app. He said he was on his way. 3pm and he still isn't here! Fortunately another barber was finally able to cut my sons hair. Almost an hour of waiting and another 40 minutes for the haircut! While it was a nice cut we definitely not be returning!
