Fast and great service!
I took my son’s PS5 because it kept powering off. I was told that I had to leave the console and they would call me back after the problem was diagnosed. I received a call a short time later and told what the issue was, how long it would take and given a price. Originally I was told 2 hours; however I was received a call back within an hour and told I could pick up the console. The PS5 operating as it should. I highly recommend this business, they offer great customer service and quality work!

I do not recommend this place. To sum up a months-long headache: it took them 4 weeks to order the part, and then when they finally “fixed” my laptop, the screen was crooked and the sides of the screen peeled off within a day. The explanation I got from Juan was that they’d been very busy and only had one tech (who is apparently new, which showed).
