I'm currently stuck in a continuous loop of failure with these people. 5 mistakes later and they've accidentally destroyed the functional battery in the process. The most incompetent people I've ever seen. EDIT: met the owner today, conditionally changing review from 1 to 3 stars as he was vastly more helpful. If they finish the work tomorrow, 3 stars stays.

Great company. Super nice and friendly. They fixed my Xbox series X HDMI port within three days.
Paid hundreds of dollars for two phones to be fixed, now two weeks later both phones back glass is broken again. Both phones have 60$ defender cases. Don’t waste your money here for subpar glass replacement.
