I was in town for the weekend, and the screen on my phone just all of a sudden turned bright white. It wouldn’t allow me to force a hard restart, and I couldn’t recover it from my iTunes account. The young guy here said bring it on in when I called trying to find somewhere to repair the phone ASAP. He diagnosed the issue as a screen problem, and had me back in business in 20 minutes.
