I went there with my dad and I asked them to reset my Nokia x100 and they promised it would be in a couple hours but it took a day and they couldn't reset it.
Took over a 1 1/2 years and didn’t fix my sons Xbox and took over 6 months for me to pick up my sons broken xbox. Not happy the lady in the store was nasty to me and couldn’t do her job right! An her name was Nora. Wish I could put zero stars. No u had it more than 6 months. They also took over six months to receive it back, probably longer and never ever see the phone call from any of your employees. iFixScreens in Medford are the best in what they do. I had an emergency with my work phone, it got smashed while I was in the hospital. They have done an Incredible job. They made all the arrangements for pick-up and delivery. I can say they are 100% Top Notch. I highly recommend any iFixScreens locations for your all your repairs.
VERY BAD SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION...My ipad was supposed to take 2 hrs to repair. I received no call to say that something that I paid for was not in the store so therefore I would not be receiving my ipad back the same day. I found this out when I went back to the store the next day. The store was supposed to open at 10am. I got there at 10:10am and the doors were locked with no one in sight.
