I paid $180 for an OLED screen replacement at this shop. I was clearly told I would be getting an OLED display. After getting my phone back, I noticed the screen had LCD characteristics (backlight glow and pressure ripple effect). When I went back to ask about it, I was told that “OLED and LCD are the same thing,” which is simply not true. They are completely different technologies.
