I really appreciated the service here. My MacBook screen cracked unexpectedly and 2 days later, it's good as new. They offered me a complimentary keyboard cover but didn't have it in stock when I came to pick up my laptop, so they went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with something useful. Thank you!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The incompetency in this store is astonishing. If you care about your piece of technology whatsoever, then go anywhere else for service. I dropped off a hard drive (a very important one with sensitive work product). When they weren't able to fix it, they recommended that they ship it to a lab. I reiterated numerous times to them the importance to send immediately- to expedite sending to the lab. I just found out that they've been sitting on it for 2 weeks, and have not sent it yet. ... read more
