0/5. I went with my iPhone 8 who had stopped charging earlier in the morning. I went in and told this to the man at the desk. He immediately started to say how the screen might need to be replaced and asked when it was cracked. I was thrown off at first, because the screen has nothing to do with the charging port. He then said if the screen doesnt work he will also need to replace the battery. He was very eager to start working on it without any diagnosis. Super unprofessional experience. Will never return here.

Terrible quality of work and customer service. Get a screen protector and have gone back three times with issues with it and they make it look like it’s my fault. When it’s under the screen protector. It’s their fault.
