I went to have my phone repaired. The girl Rachel broke my protector. I asked if they would replace it. She looked for one. Not in stock. So I asked her would they buy me another one. She said no because it was useable. If she had broken it in half, they would have replaced it. So I asked for her supervisor. She gave me a card and said it was Amy. But she is never around.
