Hey folks I barely know how to turn my computer on.I had several things going on I didn't understand. Took my computer in and Ms Mega worked with me. We went through all my little problems SHE took care of them in about 15minutes. She gave the PERSONAL SERVICE I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR

We had a incredible packed week with business and family life and we had a Phone Emergency! My gfs phone was run over in the parking lot while at the grocery store. We contacted IFix NC and we were so blown away with the service and professionalism. They were able to not only fix the phone that now looks brand new, we were able to have all of the phones content saved and in less than 3 days turn around we had her phone back and up and running. While they were not able to repair my android tablet -- too far gone -- they were honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and did not charge me for the attempt. Will go there again next time I have a problem.
