I don’t mean to be disrespectful or anything, but I sent in my PlayStation 5 to have both the HDMI port and the disc reader repaired. I waited five days, and when I got it back, I was told that only the HDMI port had been fixed because they forgot to repair the disc reader. I took it home, and after just one day of normal use without damaging it in any way, I noticed the HDMI port still isn’t 100% fixed. It’s still loose and crooked. I paid $160 for these repairs, so I’m really disappointed with the quality of the service.
