they literally broke my phone. came in for a simple screen problem due to a crack, only to get it back 10 times worse after the “repair.” they don’t do refunds and they just tried to say that now it was a completely different issue causing problems. then they tried to charge me even more for the problem they themselves caused! what a joke. waste of time and money.
