UPDATE: after posting this review, suddenly they have a warranty for their parts. I was able to take my phone in and get a new screen free of charge, but had to leave it overnight because I was told it had to be shipped somewhere. It was a kind gesture so they get a couple stars back, but once I picked up my phone with the new screen, there was sticky adhesive all over the sides of my phone and on my camera lens and it was a pain to remove.
