Very bad communication over all. I dropped off my laptop on June 18th with intent to have it fixed before I started my college classes on the 12th of the following month. The man told me he would order a 30 pin screen and if it didn’t fit, he’d have to order a 40 pin, that’s fine. The Frisco location had fixed 2 of my phones! One they’ve fixed a few times lol. The gentlemen working there have always been really kind, especially the man today who let my son see the process of changing the screen. It meant a lot to me. Thanks IFIX for always fixing my phones
