They picked my snowblower up for repair and said it would be a couple weeks to diagnose, get parts and have it repaired.. For 7 months I called to get an update and finally got a reply that the wrong part was sent and they couldn't get the right part in to fix it. 1 star is too much! Friend has dropped off something almost a year ago and the owner refuses to provide an update regarding it's repair. Doesn't respond to emails, gives covid as an excuse during calls. Can't get item back as it "can't be located". Angry for my friend, for real!
Had engine problems with my gas powered welding machine, they were able to diagnose the machine and come up with a solution. Since there is nowhere else to take it to around Regina it definitely saved me lots of time and money since the other closest place would be in Saskatoon.
Went in for the most common head gasket Briggs and Stratton uses, was told they don't have it in stock. I find this hard to believe if they are actually repairing anything on a regular basis.
