If there was a rating lower than 1 I would rate them that. Took in a lawn mower on the 21st of July, was charged a non refundable deposit for diagnostics which took 6 weeks to be done. The estimates to repair was almost the cost of a new lawn mower. Their excuse was that they were busy as all small repair shops are in the summer, I am sure they knew this before taking in my lawn mower and accepting my $55.50 non refundable deposit. Not a reliable service at all.
I left my lawnmower for over 2 weeks. I called 3 times, left name & number and never got any calls back.
I called Reliable Equipment Repair asking if they can fix a power washer just get it running plus put a new blade and pull cord on the lawnmower and pick them both up. Pick up was next Monday at 9:00AM I called them at 3:00pm asking why no one pick them up... told that there would be the next... they pick them both up the lawnmower and power washer... 7 days I call to see that up...
