Great work by the team at IFIX - they were excellent - reliable, timely and efficient. Their office staff were great too. Could not fault the team there.
Great customer service from first contact with Tina to finished work with Joel. Joel's recommendations and his expertise were great. I am more than happy with the finished product, thanks once again Joel.
Update: Most of the issues have finally been resolved (other than the downpipe which apparently wasn’t included in the quote despite it being discussed as necessary at the time the quote was being done). I received a polite follow up call from the business owner. Original review: Extremely poor experience with iFix Roofing. Not only did they damage our property, (see pictures attached) but the work they did do was not complete and there were poor quality issues (again see pictures attached). Ifix roofing were the chosen roof repair company by our landlord United Petroleum, Jeremy and the crew were friendly, efficient and very organized. There was alittle hiccup with the lack of communication with regards to the pending internal mess that removing the roof would create, however Jeremy assured us that he and the team would access the interior of the Vegemite Museum and ensure it was as clean as whistle and that they did. Thank you all so much for a job well done.
