Just randomly dropped in here because I needed an installation/recovery key. Pretty sure they sold me one personally used in their repair lab for $30, but it worked. I'm annoyed with myself for not getting around to making a key for myself, but appreciate their help with getting me out of a jam.
Jeff did a great job above and beyond with my phone issue. He was honest, tranaparent and helped me with right service.

TLDR: "Repair" lasted for less than 12 hours, refusing to refund, very poor communication. I had a positive experience with a laptop repair two years ago at this company, I seem to remember them guaranteeing their work, which they certainly do not do anymore. The keyboard and trackpad of my MacBook stopped working. I brought it into the store and they sold me a diagnosis for $90, which is applicable towards the repair. Terrible and incompetent. They were supposed to replace my battery but then somehow got a bunch of condensation in my camera lens. When I took it back to be fixed, they bricked my phone and tried to pass it off as "oh it'll probably start working eventually." Really cruddy start to the new year. Stay away from these guys if you value your electronics.
