Terrible and incompetent. They were supposed to replace my battery but then somehow got a bunch of condensation in my camera lens. When I took it back to be fixed, they bricked my phone and tried to pass it off as "oh it'll probably start working eventually." Really cruddy start to the new year. Stay away from these guys if you value your electronics.
Do not use their service on an iPhone unless it is out of the Apple warranty period. Their work will void the warranty for the entire phone so if anything else on the phone goes wrong, you will be stuck paying for that out of pocket, even if it would have been covered by Apple warranty. I had the screen replaced and soon after the camera stopped working. Apple told me the warranty was void due to the third party screen. IFix charged me to fix the camera on top of the screen replacement fee. I now have a phone with no warrant... read more

Lucas was closing the shop when i walked up to him with a problem, he reopened it just for me and stayed maybe 30 mins to fix the issue. He is really friendly and talking to him was fun. Thanks Lucas for the fun expierence and for fixing my phone
