Very honest and knowledgeable! Took my apple watch for repair, was told exactly how to fix the problem from my iphone. My apple watch was inoperable and they could have totally taken my device and my money! But they opted to give great customer service and gain a customer for sure! Will be going back for any future repairs
These guys are lifesavers! My phone broke while I was working remotely from W Palm Beach Florida. I need my phone for work so I needed to get it foxed immediately. When I came to this repair shop (which is located inside a boost mobile) the worker at the fron desk was very kind and helpfuk. They fixed my iphone x quickly and even gave me a free glass screen protector. The phone has been working well since then!
Fixed my son's iPhone in 30 minutes. It works perfect now. Looks as good as new.
After bringing in an iPhone for repair, within 2 weeks the screen popped out. Unfoet6, I dropped it and cracked the screen before being able to bring it back in and have it covered under warranty. So. I paid for another repair. Yet again within a week the screen popped out. It took me two weeks to get them to finally fix my phone, only for the repair man to say "oh we got these from a new supplier. If the screen goes black we can't warranty it"....
