Glass screen protector is awful with smudges under the class. Unprofessional, in a hurry to get you out with poor service.

I asked about installing a wan card on a t14 thinkpad gen 3 for cellular connectivity, I explained it is an option from factory but that the specific one wasn't installed/didn't work.(it has a sim tray, but google says the needed parts may not have been installed) Ifixit told me they don't do 'custom installs' and wouldn't help me.(factory option mind you!)
