I had a problem with my phone screen, it wouldn’t respond when I tried to unlock or swipe, and I was stuck on the home screen. I went to iFix, and it was fixed it in just a few minutes. I was so thankful because I really needed my phone. He was very helpful. I highly recommend them!
Ben was very helpful and explained the issue with my MacBook Pro. I would highly recommend.
What I can say is that I walked in with distress and left very satisfied. We thought we had lost all our memories but Ben did such an amazing job in retrieving everything he could. The most important thing was that he explained to me the process, the issue, and what the outcome could be. He did a great job to help me understand it all and manage my expectations. This guy is amazing!!!!
Ben is transparent, fast and knowledgeable. Dude straight up teaches newcomers to the phone repair game how to fix devices at the micro chipboard level. Unlike other providers in the area he has his prices on his website and is cheaper than the others I enquired with. Who wants to have to negotiate prices that seem to change depending on gender and level of knowledge? My wife was quoted more for the same repair by some of the local competition. Recommend going straight to Ben, and will definitely return if needs be.
