I dropped in this morning as I had cracked the touchscreen on my laptop and it was no longer working. The guy there was soooooo great - he talked me through my options including how much it would cost if we ordered the new part (screen) from Australia (expensive and quick) or Overseas (cheaper but longer). I'm a poor student that needs my computer so neither options were that great. Awesome service, saved me hundreds of dollars and who knows how much time by quickly diagnosing the problem and giving me advuve on the cheapest fix, even though it meant he didn't get my business. Very reasonable service fee. In my opinion he undercharged for the time he took. He is also a very good looking bald man, his beard could do with some work though!

I dropped my iPad Pro one too many times and took it to iFix on the off chance that I could save myself the cost (>$2,000) of a new one! That was on a Friday; by Monday, Ben had it fixed for a cost of $350. I'm more than happy to hang on to it for another 12 months, that's if I don't drop it again!! I found Ben to be extremely helpful and will definitely spread the word.
