I went to Ben with a very corrupted SD card from a wonderful holiday out west. Irreplaceable footage and pics were lost. Or, so I thought! Ben was very clear from the start about pricing and expectations etc, but somehow wove his magic and got all of my files back!!! So incredibly thrilled that we went to Ben who just didn’t give up. I know there’s no guarantees with this digital stuff, but what a result. Got a problem? Go to Ben. He’ll give you a plain language idea of what you’re dealing with. Brilliant service.
