I thought I had broken lenses on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. It turned out to be a lens cover that was cracked. No charge for this. Highly recommended. Excellent communicator as well.
Fitz is such a Wonderful person and sooo competent & helpful! I took my old iPhone in to have the cracked screen replaced so that I could give the phone to my husband (as he's having a hard time giving up his beloved flip-phone) I also had made appts at the Genius Bar @ Apple twice to get advice and price to replace the screen. I was told by one of the Apple crew to just buy a new IPhone for $500+... This isn't the answer I was hoping for.
