Absolutely the worst experience ever. Supposedly retrieved data from feet using iPad, don't know because I had to lay on stomach while this occurred. Unable to produce a receipt, unable to provide info on warranty. I should have walked right out, but I was dumb and wrote check for $800. So dumb. 1st pair of insoles smelled so bad I couldn't bring them in house. Second pair finally arrived weeks later, feet hurt worse even though I tried wearing them for initial short period of time based on info received from internet. I tri... read more
