I would have not checked any stars if I could. Whoever this Andy is that everyone is raving about must be a miracle worker. Chuck is a fast talking salesman that doesn’t complete his work. He took a deposit from me two years ago for a deck and never finished. The fence he put up was junk and he didn’t even stick to the property line, so my yard is about four feet smaller than it was without the fence. We had IFFT Quality fencing install 60 feet of fence and a gate. Arthur;s crew did a great job taking out the old fence, installation of the new unit , cleaned p afterwards, Looks great, it has withstood severe winds with no ill effects. Very pleased with everything.
I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company and they have yet to complete their work. My neighbor hired them to replace her chain link fence with a wood fence Dec 2017. It appears the crew decided to start a job two days before the weathermen were predicting a winter storm. It was no surprise when the job was not completed and the storm hit.
