Place is horrible they lie to your face about waiting for a room as you watch 10 people go into rooms before you. Also I’ve been going for 3 years and have yet to get my t levels past 400 because of their conservative BS approach. If you’re a man save your time and sanity and pay for yourself online yourself. Did I mention waiting two to three hours when you show up for a 8 am appointment. I wish I could sue them for lost time
I will confirm the Extremely long waits that everyone has already commented on. Her office screwed up my appointment with SWXRay that I had waited 11 days for by not including the “clinical notes” that are needed for insurance purposes. (SWXray said that they had 4 more of her patients that didn’t get what they needed sent over either). I don’t care how good the doctor is I will not wait 90 plus minutes after my appointment time to be seen by a doctor. These money hungry people schedule more people than they can handle and don’t care how it affects others. Edit: after sticking with this doctor for a year and seeing her AT LEAST once a month if not twice a month I have seen people wait 5 hours after their appointment time on almost every visit.
