I wanted to share my disappointment regarding my 9:00 AM nail appointment today. I arrived on time and waited until after 9:20, but the salon was still closed and no one had contacted me. Unfortunately, I had an event to attend and had to make other arrangements elsewhere.(which everywhere was super busy and I had to go to multiple salons) Donna is wonderful, which is why this was especially surprising and disappointing. Absolutely would not recommend. I just wanted a relaxing pedicure, but the nail tech kept forcing her opinion on me to get gel, making the whole visit uncomfortable. I ended up getting regular polish, and they didn't even put a clear top coat on, saying that costs extra! Two days later, the color completely fell off one of my toes. On top of that, they completely messed up my friend's nails and they tried to make it right but didn’t look good at all and didn’t even offer a discount for the poor job. I have always enjoyed coming here. Normally I get my manicure and pedicure at the same time. Today though was not the case. I used the online system to book an appointment and that was a joke. I showed up for my 2:30 apt right on time and should have left given there were at least two people sitting in pedicure chairs that hadn’t been seen yet. Lisa was amazing! Best acrylic I have ever gotten. The skill she has was very obvious when it came to shaping the nails, they are low profile and feel natural. Will definitely be coming back to see Lisa if I am in the area again for vacation!
