My mother had a problem with her toilet. I phoned Ifan and he and Kyle arrived quickly and promptly after about half an hour of the call. They corrected the fault and did so professionally. Can't recommend them enough.
Contacted Ifan at eight o clock this morning. He came to the house at nine o clock and having gone to get a part the job was completed later in the morning. Ifan and Kyle were two lovely guys and it was a pleasure to meet them. No hesitation in recommending them. Many thanks.
Required the services of a plumber and as very often happens it was on a Sunday. Called Ifan and arranged a visit for the following day. Within minutes I received a text message confirming my appointment time of 13:30. He arrived bang on time. Explained what needed to be done and was very fair in his comments. He was a very personable man and very quick and tidy. Thoroughly professional and knowledgable, I would not hesitate to use him again. Thanks for a job well done.
