Not worth 1 star. Went to make a return worth over $100 so quality should be good but as it ripped before even being worn I went to honestly return them. Before being able to fully explain myself I was neglected and yelled at, with multiple workers coming to aid each other. They don’t follow their own policies yet expect us to. Don’t come here absolutely disgusting behavior. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
Absolute disgrace. Abysmal customer service. Attempted a simple return, yet found myself besieged by three dogs before anyone even deigned to acknowledge my presence. Address this egregious shortcoming with utmost urgency and ensure the rectification process is convoluted and intricate, reflecting the gravity of such an appalling oversight.
