The staff are awesome and their product selection is great! I had a quality issue with a pair of boots I purchased and the staff was very quick at investigating the issue and providing a resolution. I will be coming back to IF anytime I am looking for shoes!

Ive been shopping at If for about 20 years and have bought many pairs of shoes over the years. Recently I bought a wallet. It fell apart about a month into using it. When I asked to return it the owner’s son, who has worked for his mother at this store forever, was incredibly rude to me. He yelled at me and was very dismissive. I’m a bit shocked to be honest.
