Ordered online with iexpertstudiosales (through Ebay). Received a non EOM part. After sending it back, iexpertstudiosales does not reply to my emails anymore.
They took over two weeks to ship an item about 10 minutes away walking distance. Vince himself lied several times about the reason and made up fake pricings that were obviously false. He then continued to talk about how hes a millionare and how he doesnt care about the service in Cincinnati becuase hes going over to texas. These guys are great! Professionals that do an exceptional job with staying up to date on new technology. Not only can they preform any device repair they also sell unique products & accessories at reasonable costs. Customer service is always a 10/10. Highly recommend iExpert!
They do get the job done but they are overpriced and it would be smarter to go to another company to fix your phone
