They did a great job fixing my husband’s phone. I was a little frustrated with the security steps which were troublesome because I had difficulty with accessing my husband’s iCloud, (he has a TBI) but ultimately got in and totally understand and support these requirements to ensure phones are not stolen.
The service was quick and the customer service was excellent. Took slightly over an hour to repair the screen on my Android Motorola stylus.
