Me my wife and my sister-in-law booked a cruise for the July 4th fireworks looking at this company's website it looks like the cruise is cancelled but you can't ask anyone you don't know anything you don't know about the refund policy my sister-in-law has been trying to contact them for a month to see what's going on we left a ton of messages made many phone calls obviously no email no answer no anything just aggregation so right now we are in limbo and they have our money it's a bad feeling especially in this time when the ... read more
Was booked on the 4th July fireworks display trip with this company which was cancelled. Have been emailing and phoning for last few weeks with no success to get a refund. I booked through Eventbrite and paid through PayPal who have also been unhelpful in gaining a refund
Seems like they have disappeared from the face of the Earth they have our money from the July 4th Cruise which was cancelled. We just got a stay safe from their website . stay away from this company.
My wife and I have called and emailed this company countless times since April 2020 requesting information on the July 4th Fireworks cruise in NYC given the COVID-19 social distancing laws without a response. We have now learned the show will not occur as planned and therefore we are not getting what we paid for. I have requested a refund and reported them to the FTC. I am calling the Attorney General next and will file a complaint for fraud. Do not use this company, stay as far away as possible!
