Very Rude older lady at the window. Telling people to go around after waiting in line for 30 mins. Now they have to pre-authorize you CC before you even dump. And they only have 1 line. Where one girl is working the older bitter with life one has zero customer service skills and should be helping out instead of barking orders with a line around the corner.
