First time I've ever walked out of a doctor's appointment without being discharged. This woman was dismissive to my issue altogether and when asked about reinstating an old medication, she literally just laughed and said "yeah, no" Unprofessional. Reading her notes in MyChart after the fact really cemented the following: Will not return.
Do not waste your time with Ms. Bell. She was 43 min late without the courtesy of an apology. Her visit notes were fabricated, info omitted, and skewed. She was visibly angry when I declined to allow her student to participate in my 43 min late exam. She lacked professionalism, medical decorum (sighed, rolled eyes etc), and extremely deceptive. Pass this one by and opt for a more astute medical professional. Be warned.
Iesha Bell is an amazing Nurse Practitioner. She takes her time with you and truly cares. And Mario is just as amazing. They make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend.
