Hey IES! Get out and finish my home. Because of your negligence, you’re leaving a family homeless! Just get out and get it done.
IES Residential provided the warranty service on electrical for a new Gehan home. They spun me in circles for a year, "unable to reproduce" problems, and fixing problems that returned within months. A breaker or GFCI in my home trips nearly every day, some which they had "fixed" during warranty, but after not being able to be serviced during Covid, they now pull the "out of warranty" card even though the same issues remain or have returned. Reliable and full of integrity!
We switched from them. They did not do even close to a decent job on setting up our existing Control4 when we first moved into our home. The doorbell has the same ring pattern as that episode on the Cosby Show. They did not make us feel comfortable with the speaker and audio setup inside of our home. There were other things that happened at that time, ehich was over 2 years ago. We just switched our WiFi system. We called them several times yet not even a callback.
