Being a first time homeowner and that of new build construction, one would think that nothing will ever go wrong with your led lights. Not the case here, as we had a light go out in our bathroom and we called IES and to my surprise, IES didn't just replace the one light but all of them in our home! Mason, the manager, went above and beyond to assure me that he would take care of it. He answered all of my questions, I never felt rushed and was a professional. Joey and Julio helped me with warranty repair of my light in my house. After their hard work light works! Their manager Mason is also is very responsible professional, very customer oriented. Great customer service!
A nightmare to deal with. 3 weeks later and no follow up to this day. If you ask me seems like they could care less about their business.
